Meet Your Team: Advertiser Sales

The Advertiser Sales team works closely with app advertisers to understand their goals and build strategies that drive growth. With access to adjoe’s exclusive formats and inventory, we help them scale and reach the right users worldwide. From onboarding to optimization, we stay side by side with our partners; making sure every campaign performs and every goal is met.

What You Will Do:

  • You will develop new & existing clients and establish creative growth strategies to further increase our’s and our partner’s’ total revenue. 
  • Be responsible for overall pipeline management, including lead generation and reach-outs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on onboarding and growing your clients.
  • Use our CRM to track activities and the pipeline.
  • Prepare customized sales presentations for your partners.
  • Attend events to meet potential clients.
  • Gather and communicate your partner’s needs and industry trends internally.
  • Be part of an international English-speaking team in a very international comany
  • Who You Are:

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in tech sales or account management, preferably in the adtech or the mobile advertising space with a proven track record.
  • You understand the standard KPIs used in adtech (CPI, eCPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc.).
  • You possess outstanding communication skills (verbal and written in Japan and English)
  • You are an expert with Google Suite (especially, with Sheets and Slides)
  • You are fluent in Japanese and proficient in English
  • You have experience using a CRM
  • You have an output- and revenue-driven attitude
  • You like to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy a strong sense of ownership
  • You are hungry to make a real impact in sales and win T1 and T2 enterprise clients in Japan
